How accurate is the trajectory score?
Built from 8 real government datasets. In our 2013 to 2018 historical test, top quartile districts appreciated at 1.65 times the rate of bottom quartile districts over the following five years. A leading indicator, not a guarantee.
What is the Deal Analyser?
Enter a purchase price, deposit and district and get an instant breakdown: estimated yield, monthly cash flow, SDLT, and 10-year price projections from ONS and Land Registry data.
What is white label branding?
